Every field shot compared against the classified LiDAR ground beneath it. For each shot we take the lowest ground return within a horizontal radius — the lowest return is the best estimate of bare earth, because anything above it is something standing on the ground. dz = LiDAR − shot, so a negative figure means the LiDAR reads low.

Listed individually because a summary cannot tell you which monument disagrees, and that is the thing you act on. Compared at a 1 ft radius — ground measured essentially where the rod stood.
Grouped by what the shot is on, read from the F2F code through the live dictionary — because how well LiDAR sees the ground depends on the surface, not on what the shot was called.
A wider circle always finds a lower return, so the negative bias grows with radius. That is the method, not a defect. The 1 ft row is the defensible one.
