These rasters are derived entirely from the colorized point cloud — no photogrammetry, no image stitching. Every pixel is a real LiDAR return carrying its own colour, projected straight down, so the whole 139-acre site is covered including the northern strip where the source photos never finished uploading. Georeferencing is inherited from the cloud: NAD83(2011) / Alabama West (ftUS) + NAVD88 height, which is the same coordinate system the survey works in — these drop straight onto existing linework in CAD.
| Raster | Size | What it's for | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Carlson / IntelliCAD package ★ | 293 MB | Everything below in one zip, with insertion instructions. Start here — this is what the drafter needs. | Download |
| Bare-earth TIN (LandXML) ★ | 15 MB | The surface. 155k points / 306k faces on a 5 ft grid. Carlson: File → Import → LandXML. Import this before contours. | Download |
| Linework DXF ★ | 2.7 MB | F2F strings + survey points on your standard layers, plus 1 ft contours and traced buildings/pavement on separate CONT-*, BUILDING-LIDAR and ASPHALT-LIDAR layers. | Download |
| Survey points (PNEZD) | 32 KB | 645 field points: Pt#, Northing, Easting, Elevation, raw field code. Imports through Field-to-Finish. | Download |
| Bare-earth DTM | 47 MB | 1 ft bare-earth grid, GeoTIFF, elevations in US survey feet. Source for contours and volumes. | Download |
| Classified ground points | 30 MB | The ground returns themselves, after SMRF classification. Re-surface at your own settings if ours do not suit. | Download |
| Contours — 1 ft minor / 10 ft major | 1.5 MB | 854 lines, 89 of them majors at every 10 ft. Median-then-gaussian smoothed and clipped to real data. Also embedded in the DXF on CONT-MINOR / CONT-MAJOR; this is the raw data if you would rather re-generate. | Download |
| RGB orthoimage ★ | 219 MB | True top-down colour image. General context, roof and pad outlines, surface materials. | Download |
| Intensity raster ★ | 69 MB | Best surface for planimetrics — pavement edges, curbs and striping stay crisp because intensity is shadow-free. | Download |
| Hillshade | 80 MB | Breaklines, curb faces, ditches, slope changes. Trace grade features the imagery flattens out. | Download |
| DSM (surface elevation) | 208 MB | Float32 elevation in US survey feet, NAVD88. Source for contours once ground is classified. | Download |
